The Arthur John Ley, Jr. memorial, the United States Coast Guard Tower, is located in Whitefish Point in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The Tower overlooks Lake Superior.
The inscription on the plaque reads: 


“ U.S. COAST GUARD LOOKOUT TOWER
