"Dear Hotel will open a new 4-star hotel next to Madrid's Plaza de España later this spring, a complex that comes from Seca Hoteles, owners of Hotel Chiqui in Santander, and which has a total investment of 30 million euros.

The new hotel establishment will create between 70 and 80 new jobs, according to the company.

Located in a historic building dating from 1945 on Gran Vía 80, which preserves distinctive elements of the period, this new hotel has 162 rooms and nine suites with a surface area of between 40 and 50 m2, located between the 10th and 12th floors.

All rooms are exterior, with views of Plaza de España or Gran Vía, and some of them even have a private terrace.

As for the common areas of Dear Hotel, the terrace on the 14th floor houses the Nice to Meet You restaurant, as well as a swimming pool."
