This decorated utility box is at the southwest corner of Austin and H Streets, diagonally across the intersection from the Library. And it would appear that the Library had a hand in this decoration; the box is decorated on two sides by upright books with one word on each. Unfortunately, the way the box is mounted obscures some of the artwork; what the artists thought would be the front-facing part of the box is against the pole, and what they thought would be the back has just a few splashes of color but is actually the front. The book "titles" are "Read with your eyes; ... with your mind; felt with your heart."
