The Robert L. Mendenhall Scenic Overloook is available to northbound traffic on I-11. There is room for about a dozen cars here. The north side of the overlook is a covered pavilion with several information signs. This obelisk is on the south edge of the small parking lot. Each side of the four-sided structure gives history and photographs of the Hoover Dam.
