The Old North Yakima Historic District is an area from the NPRR tracks to S. First Street and E Yakima Ave to A St. It is home to many old building included the old Yakima City Hall and Yakima's first Opera House.

There are many old buildings in the district. The old City Hall is now a pub and the Opera house is a florist. The Old Northern Pacific Depot is a restuarant and their are many housing units available. There are many restuarant that now make up the district.
