Muffler Men are usually, er, Men, but in this case we have a rare example of a Uniroyal Gal. These 18-foot-tall statues were produced in the 1960s by International Fiberglass for the Uniroyal Tire & Rubber Company. The company marketed the statue as "Miss Uniroyal" and she originally wore only a bikini, which was considered a bit too racy, and most of them went back to International Fiberglass for add-on skirts and blouses This example is garbed as a cheerleader for the local sports team, the Lamesa Tornadoes. Zippy paid a visit here and commented that he liked the strong, silent type.
