The entrance to the Gaines County Park and Golf Course is on the west side of Highway 62, a few miles north of Seminole. At the entrance, go north to the golf course and south to visit the main park. Facilities here include picnic tables, a playground and a splash pad for the kids, a sand volleyball court, and open flat spaces suitable for field sports. There is plenty of room to jog or walk the dog or wander around and bird watch and generally enjoy nature.
