This one faces south, unlike most of the other headstones in the cemetery, and a close look at the base shows that it's not centered. These Woodmen monuments are tempting targets for vandals, and this one was probably knocked over and put back into place to the best of someone's ability. Findagrave also has no listing for Mr. Montgomery, and the monument may have been on the ground, face down, when the last person visited and submitted entries. The family name is on the plinth, and a banner with "Erected by the Woodmen of the World" accompanies the emblem at the top of the trunk. The inscription scroll reads:
