Westbound traffic on Oklahoma Highway 9 and eastbound travelers on Texas Highway 203 cross the border here, a bit east of the Salt Fork Red River and more or less between Wellington, Texas and Vinson, Oklahoma. There's not a lot to see here but the shoulders are wide enough to park if you want to stop and admire the signage. Oklahoma has a colorful "Welcome" sign but Texas just serves up a plain green highway department sign.
