This is the older of the two water towers in Hedley; a modern standpipe tank is just to the north. The center pipe on this tower is still in place, so the tank might still be in service. This elevated tank is also U.S. Benchmark EN0754. Benchmark hunters can get a two-fer here, EN0716 (a benchmark disk) is on the foundation pad of the tower's northeast leg.
