Located at the Episcopal Church of the Atonement this pole was placed in memory of all the victims of 9/11/01.

This pole is made of redwood with lucite plaques. There are six languages including American Sign, Hebrew, Spanish and English. There is a brass plaque in braile as well. A small brass plaque attached reads " May the victims of 09-11-01 find peace in his arms".
After the tragedy of 9-11 the church people wanted to do more than just remember the senseless brutality of the day. Placing this Peace Pole enabled them to pray for peace throughout the world and remember all the victims of 9-11.
