Barthel Fruit Farm is a great place to bring the whole family to pick apples, pumpkins, pears or plums and more. The farm's specialty is apples and they have several varieties to choose from such as, McIntosh, Cortland, Spartan, Honeycrisp, Jonathon, Red & Golden Delicious and Ida Red apples. Apple picking begins in early September. Barthel Fruit Farm has over forty varieties of fruit!
Prices of the fruit depend on the variety being purchased. Apples are charged by the size of bag or by the bushel. Strawberries are charged by weight. Pumpkins are charged by size. A variety of items in the Apple Barn are sold by peck, bushel, weight, individually or mulitiple priced items such as 2 for $1.00.
Parking is near the crop to be picked and is generally a short walk into the field or orchard from your car.
