Extreme world has been in business for several years. Their Bungee Jump is from an arch tower that looks to be about 120 ft. high. An elevator on a curved track takes you to the top. There you can get a spectacular view of the area before you take your plunge.
As you leap off the platform in a graceful swan dive, you feel and hear the air rush by as you plunge toward the ground, picking up speed. Then a slight tug of the bungee cord lets you know that everything is under control. You come to a stop. Then the cord starts to pull you up again, gaining speed once more. You then reach your second peak elevation and experience a moment of free fall as you start to drop again.
Once your momentum has reached equalibrium, you are lowered the few feet to the ground.
