According to the Clay County Agricultural Fair web page: "Since 1987 the Clay County Agricultural Fair has provided North Florida with a Family oriented event. The Clay County Agricultural Fair strives to be a showcase for Clay County's agricultural, educational, civic and commercial interests, providing an opportunity for citizens to work and have fun together. Along with outstanding exhibits, there will be free amusements and attractions everyday at the Fair, like K-9 Frisbee, pig races and much more. The Florida High School Rodeo Association will hold a sensational High School Rodeo. You will see nationally recognized entertainers daily on the Fairs Main Stage. Take a walk back in time to the Early Florida Exhibit open during daylight hours on both weekends."

The Clay County webpage provides the following information about the fairgrounds:

"Welcome to the Clay County Fairgrounds, home of the Blue Ribbon Clay County Agricultural Fair. Located in beautiful Northeast Florida, the Fairgrounds is the perfect location for all events in the Southeast region."

"The Clay County Fairgrounds host numerous events and activities throughout the year. The calendar of events includes Dressage Horse Shows, Hunter Jumper Events, 4H Activities, Horse Clinics, PRCA Rodeo, Team Roping Competitions, Monster Truck Show, Auctions, Bluegrass Festivals, and the Scottish-Highland Games."

"There is a full-time, dedicated staff making this facility the “Showcase of Clay County.” The three exhibit buildings, the J.P. Hall Building and the stage provide the necessary facilities to host your next family reunion, graduation ceremony, birthday party, or wedding reception."

"Improvements to the facility over the past couple of years include fifty new 10’ x 10’ horse stalls, bringing our total available stalls to 182, as well as electrical upgrades making availability for RV hookups more abundant. Renovations to the restroom facilities and additional paved areas enhance the overall look of the Fairgrounds."
