Do you want an experience of a lifetime, a spiritual flash that forever connects you with nature? Visit The Living Desert’s new walk-through butterfly exhibit. This experience is a close encounter of the third kind that puts you in the proximity with butterflies of which some that have exotic and mysterious names like Queen, Mourning Cloak, Painted Lady, Julia, Cloudless Sulphur, Malachite, Zebra Longwing, Gulf Fritillary, Giant Swallowtail and many others. The butterfly house will include a beautiful butterfly themed gift shop and a Pupa Emergence room. The third stage of a butterfly’s life is known as a pupa. The pupa forms a chrysalis shell from which emerges a beautiful butterfly. Visitors will be able to view one of the miracles of nature right before their eyes. With lush gardens, tranquil fountains and beautiful butterfly benches, this exhibit is a must see experience for the whole family.
