The Morehouse Parish Courthouse was built in 1914. The building was designed by W.L. Stevens in a Beaux Arts style. The building is toped with a dome with clocks on its faces. The building was extensively renovated and restored in 2001. The Courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
