This viewpoint is along the Mather Memorial Parkway in Mt. Rainier National Park and it showcases the Monolithic Fife's Peak. I've lived here all of my life, travelled Hwy 410 countless times and never seen the peak. You have to go to drive into the parking area of this viewpoint before you will see it because of tree cover along the road. Well you could hike up there too, but this will save you some work. It's a nice little rest stop with some interpretive signs on the way up to Mount Rainier National Park.
