"Burrowing Owl Habitat" West Wet Lands Park - Yuma, ArizonaThis location was created because when they where creating the park they destroyed a part of the owls nesting ground......The city asked for and got a lot of volunteers for this project. Under the leadership of a state Naturlist they got the job done. There are a few benches in the viewing area........but if one, remains still any place along the fence you'll be able to see the owls.
