Red's Donuts opened in Monterey in 1950 and has been open at their original location ever since. In 1967, they needed a larger facility to produce their popular donuts, and opened this store. In addition to several dozen varieties of donuts (not each one is available each day) this location has the space to serve breakfast and lunch food (sandwiches, etc). Of course, they serve coffee, also tea and hot chocolate. But the donuts are the real stars !
