The Village of Meadowvale is another community that has been absorbed into the City of Mississauga. This particular Village is special, though. Rather than rolling over and accepting suburbia, the Village banded together and had the entire Village designated a Heritage Property, including the Village Hall. The building originally served as a one room schoolhouse, and can hold about 100 people.
It is now used as a community centre.
