Peter Lougheed Hospital Helipad - Calgary, AB - Helicopter Landing Pads on Waymarking.com

This helipad is used for emergency patient transportation to and from the Peter Lougheed Hospital. The landing pad itself is right off 26 Ave NE and is easily accessible by the public. It is surrounded by a 5 ft chain link fence to prevent casual intrusion.

There is a windsock on a pole in the northwest corner of the pad. The circle surrounding the center of the pad is equipped with a series of runway lights around it's perimeter.
