Mugs has been open in Didsbury for over 10 years. It started out as a little hole in the wall shop with seating for about 10 people. In the last couple of years they have expanded and redone the interior.
This is a typical small town coffee shop where the locals gather to hear the latest gossip and spend time catching up on news. They usually have 4 different coffees available at any one time with specialty coffees and teas available on request. The specialties range from almond to vanilla and everything in between. I haven't seen anyone people drink espresso in here although they say they are equipped for it.
My mother used to come down here every day and sit with her friends talking about life and stuff. It is one of the towns central meeting spots during the day.
