The given coordinates are for the parking lot at the Mill Creek access point. Very popular trail system with joggers, walkers with dogs, and mountain bikers. You can spend a couple of hours to a whole day on the park trail system. Many geocaches are placed in the park with also features a miniature railroadn ride (Waymark WM4YGZ) and nature center.
This parking lot is for those who are avoiding the $1 fee charged at the main entrance (bring quarters). There is another free access point on the east side of the park.
