A small covered bridge leading to the historic Roaring Camp Railroad. The nearby sign gives some details about the history of the bridge:
"Designed in 1844 by Willis Pratt. Constructed 1969 by Roaring Camp Railroad and Big Trees Narrow Gauge Railroad. First Pratt-Truss covered bridge built in California since 1896. Shortest covered bridge in the United States. Length 26 feet. Load capacity 5 tons."
