The pilot lounge is dry and warm. We were set to leave - Sept 3, 2007. sitting there, doing the run-up and watching giant black clouds approaching. They came hard and fast - very fast. We have never seen such heavy rain! The "drops" pounded down on the roof of the plane - It was SO very loud!

We opted to not fly that day and got completely drenched as we pushed "Charlie" back to the tie down. Went back to the dry lounge to wait for a room to stay the night.

We came back December 29th 2008 to take pictures for the waymark.
