This library is the smallest branch of the Salinas library, but its collection is current and in good shape. Patrons can borrow from any branch. The Salinas libraries nearly closed due to funding problems, but taxpayer supported measure V has allowed them to not only remain open, but to expand their hours and provide literacy outreach programs in the community.
