This zoo is really big. It takes at least 5 hours to walk every trail and see each animal. Plan on a full day to really enjoy it all.

The Phoenix Zoo is in Phoenix, Arizona. Located on the east side of galvin Parkway in the heart of Papago Park, between McDowell and Van Buren. They have 125 acres of land and 2.5 miles of walking trails. I recommend 6 hours to see the whole Zoo. There are over 1,200 animals on exhibit. You may bring coolers, ice chests, and your own food. You may bring your own roller blades or bike to safely use while visiting the Zoo. Open 364 days of the year.

January - February : 9 am to 5 pm
March - : 8 am to 5 pm
April - May : 9 am to 5 pm
June - September : 7 am to 2 pm (weekends 7am to 4 pm)
October - December : 9 am to 5 pm
