The City of St. Bernard has several of these statues around town. This one is permanently mounted in front of a sundial by the library.

St. Bernard is sandwiched between Cincinnati and Elmwood Place. As a promotion, the city has placed several St. Bernard statues around the town. This one is near the library. (Couldn't find any more information on-line, but was guessing the town name might be tied with this historical population.)
