This one is so covered with paint that it is possible to miss, even when looking directly at it. I had to make two trips around the building before I spotted it just above the plants (where I had already been told to look).

AT SAN MATEO, 2 BLOCKS NORTHWEST OF THE CITY HALL, AT THE
NORTH CORNER OF THE JUNCTION OF ELLSWORTH AND TILTON AVENUES,
VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTHEAST FACE OF THE SAN MATEO MASONIC
TEMPLE BUILDING, 5 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF
THE NORTHEAST ONE OF TWO ENTRANCES, ABOUT 10 FEET SOUTHWEST
OF THE EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 3 FEET HIGHER
'THAN THE GROUND."
