Converting DrJay to coordinates comes up with 37° 52.9xx'. Using that as a north latitude coordinate puts one in Berkeley, CA. After browsing through the listings of caches in the Berkeley area, I found KilroyGang and contacted him. Fortunately, since my name is so short, he was able to use the last two digits as wild cards. He ventured out in the rain and floods to snap the photo.
