This display of a trio of musicians jamming together gives the impression that they are happily lost in their music. There is a trumpeter, an accordion player, and a guitar player. At the feet of the guitar player is his faithful dog.
The style of the sculpture is somewhat abstract. For instance, the guitar neck is curved and the accordion appears to be part of the player's arms and torso. There is a plaque by the guitar player that states the title as "Liberty Avenue Musicians", the date of the sculpture as 2003, and the artist as James Simon. Simon is a local artist; his web site, which has the sculpture listed, is here

At the time of visiting the area, the section of Liberty Avenue was closed off and a stage and tents were being set up for a music event.
