The disk is mounted flush in a drill hole on the northwest side of the top of a rectangular concrete base for an electrical junction box for a street light. The station is 101.7 feet northwest from a traffic signal at the intersection of Roosevelt Blvd and the GSP entrance ramp, 68.9 feet southeast of the southeast end of the most southeast concrete pier supporting the GSP overpass on the north side of County Road 623, about 55 feet southeast of a tall metal pole supporting hi-voltage lines, 16.4 feet northeast of the northeast edge of the paving for County Road 623, 7.9 feet northeast from the south face of a metal guardrail, and about five feet northwest of a traffic signal caution sign. The disk was monumented by the New Jersey Geodetic Survey in 2000, and it is stamped 5 X 1 2000. It is in the National Geodetic Survey database at PID = AM6979 (
