This memorial is located in a courtyard in front of the Mason County Clerk's Office. It is accompanied by a cannon. The memorial was dedicated by General George S. Patton.

The soldiers on this monument are grouped by the war in which they died. The are arranged alphabetically in each group.

Description of Memorial:
This memorial is outside of the County Clerks Office in Downtown Maysville. There are several historical markers and plaques nearby. It is a peaceful spot in town. Patton Street is near the monument.
