DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1969:

AT BEECH CREEK, ABOUT 0.2 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 220 FROM THE POST OFFICE IN BEECH CREEK, 27.5 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY, SET IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHWEST WINGWALL OF A BRIDGE OVER BEECH CREEK STREAM, AND IS ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE HIGHWAY.

Disk is stamped: 18 SKS 1966 RESET 1994
