The Triangle Hotel was designed by architect C. A. Breitung and built in 1910. This building was originally a hotel and bar. The hotel closes as Seattle grow north. The pub in the building now is called Triangle Pub, a neighborhood bar for the Pioneer Square area.
In 1976, this building was granted status on the National Register of Historic Places.
