This memorial is located in Rock Creek Park and sits opposite a second memorial to the Twentieth-Century Veterans. Rock Creek Park is nicely landscaped with benches and walkways that flow through the plantings.

Remember our heroes killed in action from Hall Co., Georgia.
The memorial list the names of those killed, their branch of service, rank, date of birth, the date they were killed and their home town.
There is also a plaque in front of the memorial that reads:
