Marker Name: Masonic Lodge Building
Marker Text: Built in 1913 after the fire of 1910 destroyed its original waterfront location, this structure’s second floor housed Florence’s Masonic temple - chartered in 1893 - for most of the 20th Century with the downstairs rented as a commercial space. The building was restored to prominence in 1991 and sold by the Masons in 2004.
