Village Tiuccia has one dominant landscape feature: a small conic hill called "U Castellu". And just the rocky limestone summit of this hill offers really great 360°-vista over West Corsica coastal area and surrounding mountain landscape of Corsica inland. The best access (cca 800 m on dusty road and hiking trail) is from free parking at N42° 03.431' E8° 45.112'.

Tiuccia itself is a small, quiet seaside village with a couple of good local restaurants and a few stores and shops.
