The font is unique and stands below a stained glass window dedicated to the same person it is created for. It was made by Sir Albert Richardson in 1937 and has a shallow bowl.

The font is dedicated to Joscelyne Whitbread and has a narrow stem.

Pevsner reports that the oldest part of the church appears to be the tracery from c1300.
