This is a very large sculpture incorporated into a fountain on the Tulsa River Trail. The fountain is located in what is referred to as BOK plaza, and text below explains the connection.
Three bears are on top of the fountain/rock area, and one cub is playing at the bottom of the falls. All four bears are shown "in action" enjoying playing in the water. The estimated height of the fountain and bears together is about 15 ft, and the width is about 35 feet.
There are benches and large rocks surrounding the sculpture for visitors to sit and enjoy the view. The Tulsa River Trail runs along the Arkansas River, and this particular junction is at Riverside Dr. and E. 71st St. S.
