OK, I'll be honest. When I first saw this in the distance, I thought some abstract sculptures just aren't as 'interesting' as others. Then I walked up and realized this piece is a kinetic wind chime! As I was photographing, a slight breeze was making the pipes vibrate, but not enough to strike one another and make sound.

This piece is a segment of the the sculptural barrier between the Denver Zoo and City Park by Patrick Marold, completed in 2010. (visit link)
