Seitseminen National Park is ideal for day trips or for hikes lasting a couple of days. Longer trips can be extended to for example Riuttaskorpi recreational forest and Helvetinjärvi National Park, on a hiking trail network called Pirkan Taival.
Seitseminen National Park is situated at the Suomenselkä, a rugged watershed region. Forests, mires and eskers alternate in the landscape. In the set of living organisms in the park, many of the northern species are represented. The National Park was established to conserve the intricate mosaic of forest and mire ecosystems.

I strongly recommend that you will read the above website as there are lots of information about the rules of the national park. For example entering Iso-Seitsemisjärvi and Soljanen is forbidden 1.4. - 31.7. to protect nesting birds.
Visit Instructions:A log will require a recent photograph at the coordinates. Some of these locations will be placed for the scenery, so a gpsr will just ruin the picture.
If you don't have a digital camera post a descriptive log.
