These three brasses date to 1490 and are to the Faldo family. They are located in the north aisle floor. There is a husband in a long tunic, wife with a butterfly head-dress and son in long robes; they measure 18" and 13". They have Latin inscriptions to William Faldo and his wife Agnes: "Orate p' alab' Willi Faldo et Agnetis uxoris eius quorum animabus p'piciet' Deus." This family seat was at Oakley and then Maulden in Bedfordshire.
Then two women in shrouds which are 18-19" are located on a separate slab. These date to 1500-1540.
The brasses are in the vestry in the east end of the north aisle under the Sir John Howard window.
On the north wall above these brasses is another brass to Helen Boteler which dates to 1639. Helen was the daughter of George Nodes, Esq.
