Dating to the 15th century this octagonal, stone font stands near the entrance door. It is a simple, shaped design with a wooden cover with a commemorative plaque which reads:
'The gift of
ISABELLE JEAN
WIDOW OF THE REVEREND RICHARD ELING GREEN
MAY 1944
"Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house
and the place where thine honour dwelleth."
Psalm. XXVI.8.'
The church dates to the 13th century.
