These are the Nobel Laureate Reserved Parking spots outside of the physics and astronomy buidings of Campbell Hall and LeConte Hall on the University of California at Berkeley.

The University of California not only honors their faculty for their amazing academic achievments by honoring them as University Professors, but they also give the Nobel Winners rock-star parking on campus! Each Nobel Winner receives an individual parking spot outside their office building designated with the code "NL" for Nobel Laureate. Special permits are required at all times to park in these spots.
