The San Diego County Fair runs annually from mid June to around July 4. The Fair offers the usual exhibitions of different animals, plants, gadgets, art, gardens, etc. Competitions are held in many categories for art, cooking, animal husbandry. Bad food is abundant..as are rides for tots to adults...including carnival type games. Entertainment is offered throughout the Fair in many different forms...and every evening features a concert- often by top-notch performers.
The theme for the Fair in 2010 is "Taste the Fun"
