This is a most interesting abstract sculpture located at the Amarillo Arts Center on Van Buren at 22nd. There are several outdoor sculptures on the grounds.
This one, for lack of a more polished description, resembles potato mashers suspended between two poles. The pieces of grate are at different angles, and there are several of them suspended between the two side poles. The odd angles of the numerous sections leave an interesting shade pattern on the grass below.
Archway is located in a plaza on a side of the building with another very large sculpture just feet away.
Parking is plentiful here.
