There isn't much information about this lighthouse ...not even it's name. There are signs which indicate that it was built by the WPA in 1935-1936 and reconstructed and relocated to this location in 1982. Another sign indicates "George H. Brightman Commissioner 1982". So, what is the name of the lighthouse? Where did it come from? Why was it moved here? What was Brightman the Commissioner of? The poster of this waymark couldn't find any additional information googling any of this information.
Nevertheless, the lighthouse is there, it's real and it's landlocked.
