If you and your family are visiting Boston and decide to check out the sights along the Freedom Trail, chances are you will arrive at the U.S.S. Constitution (aka "Old Ironsides") in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Also, depending on your children's tolerance for historical tales, they might be needing a serious break.
Here's just the place. Just northeast of the Constitution, set in a park, is this playground. It's perfect for young children - in has a sandbox and plenty of tot-friendly playspace. There's also a large, grassy field in which your children can run.
