This memorial is prominently displayed outside the Osceola County Courthouse and administrative building. In addition to the primary marker, there are attachments with the crests of the four main military branches, Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.
Its location has made it a convenient memorial to visit for Osceola County citizens and visitors. It is used annually for the Reed City Memorial Day parade in which the parade stops at this site and a prayer is given.
